Yes. After launch you can move to a monthly care plan that covers updates, security patches, hosting checks, backups and a set number of support hours.
We invoice international clients in USD and local clients in PKR, and accept bank transfer and other methods agreed in your contract.
Yes. Every project includes a warranty period after launch where we fix any bugs at no cost, and you can continue with a maintenance plan afterwards.
Typically security and dependency updates, performance monitoring, regular backups, small content or feature changes, and priority support over email and WhatsApp.
Urgent, site-down problems are treated as top priority and we aim to respond the same working day. Routine requests are scheduled and we keep you updated as we progress.
Your business data is always yours and can be exported at any time. The source code remains the property of Rascodex by default; if you need to own or take over the code, that is arranged through a dedicated ownership or handover clause in your contract.
