Building software here is not the same as building it anywhere else. Invoices may need to reach FBR. Ledgers are still kept as khata and baqaya. Staff are more comfortable in Urdu than English. Customers confirm orders on WhatsApp, not email. We have built production systems around every one of those realities, and that shapes the software we deliver for clients.
Our POS platform Fulvox integrates directly with FBR’s PRAL Digital Invoicing API (v1.12). Sales, purchases and returns are filed automatically, receipts carry the official FBR invoice number and QR code, and all 28 FBR test scenarios are supported for sandbox verification before go-live. If your system needs to file with FBR, we have already done the integration work.
Software only helps if the people using it can read it. Poultry Book ships a full bilingual Urdu/English interface, and Fulvox supports 17 languages with right-to-left layouts. We build for the staff who will actually operate the system, not just the owner.
Credit-based trade is normal here, and most accounting software handles it badly. We have built per-customer baqaya ledgers, mandi-rate billing and WhatsApp-ready PDF bills for wholesale suppliers — the way the business is actually run, not a Western template forced on top of it.
We invoice clients in Pakistan in PKR and international clients in USD, with payment terms agreed in your contract. Projects are usually billed in milestones — a deposit to start, then payments as each agreed stage is delivered and approved.
Most of our projects run remotely. Requirements are agreed over a call, progress is shared in milestones you can log in and use, and day-to-day questions happen on WhatsApp and email — usually answered the same working day.
