SaaS Development

We build subscription software — and we run four of our own

A SaaS platform is not just a web application with a login. It has to keep every customer’s data separate, let people invite their own staff and set permissions, survive a customer growing ten times larger, and be updated for everyone at once without downtime.

RASCODEX builds that kind of software, and we operate four such platforms ourselves: Fulvox, Taxza, Fulfillio and Poultry Book. Everything on this page is something we have had to solve in production, not a checklist copied from elsewhere.

That matters most for the unglamorous parts: onboarding a new tenant, migrating a schema without breaking live accounts, and supporting the platform years after launch.

Good fit if you need

  • One product serving many customer accounts
  • Per-customer users, roles and permissions
  • Recurring plans rather than one-off licences
  • An admin panel to run the whole thing
  • An API other systems can talk to

What We Build

The parts every SaaS platform needs

Multi-tenant architecture

Strict separation between customer accounts so one tenant can never see another’s data. Poultry Book, for example, gives each business its own PostgreSQL database.

Users, roles and permissions

Your customers add their own staff and decide who can see what. Fulvox ships full HRM and role-based access; Taxza runs a client portal alongside internal staff accounts.

Dashboards and reporting

The screens owners actually log in for. Fulvox carries 25+ built-in reports; Poultry Book produces daily, weekly and monthly profit reporting from ordinary billing data.

Administration panels

A back office for your team: provisioning accounts, running trials, handling support and seeing platform-wide activity without opening a database client.

APIs and integrations

SaaS rarely lives alone. Fulfillio synchronises with eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Walmart; Fulvox files invoices straight into FBR’s PRAL Digital Invoicing API.

Localisation at scale

Interfaces your customers’ staff can read. Fulvox supports 17 languages with right-to-left layouts; Poultry Book ships a full bilingual Urdu/English interface.

After Launch

Launching a SaaS product is the easy half

The hard part starts once real customers depend on it. Schemas change while accounts are live. Usage grows unevenly. Backups have to be proven, not assumed.

We handle the operational side with the same team that wrote the code — hosting on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, release pipelines through CI/CD, and security review for a system holding other companies’ data.

SaaS questions we get asked

Ask us anything

Does RASCODEX develop SaaS platforms?

Yes. We build multi-tenant subscription software for clients, and we develop and operate four SaaS products of our own — Fulvox, Taxza, Fulfillio and Poultry Book — which are live in production today.

Can you add subscriptions and billing?

Yes. Our own platforms run on subscription plans with free trials, and we build plan management, trials and upgrade paths into client platforms. The payment gateway is chosen to suit where your customers are, and is agreed during scoping.

Can you integrate a SaaS product with software we already use?

Yes — integration is most of the work on many projects. Fulfillio connects to five marketplaces, and Fulvox files directly into FBR’s PRAL API. If a system has an API, we can usually work with it; if it does not, we will tell you honestly what the options are.

How long does a SaaS build take?

It depends entirely on scope, so we do not quote a standard timeline. We scope the first release, agree milestones in writing, and aim to get a usable version in front of real users early rather than delivering everything at the end.

Who owns the platform we pay you to build?

Your business data is always yours and can be exported at any time. The source code remains the property of RASCODEX by default; if you need to own or take over the code, that is arranged through a dedicated ownership or handover clause in your contract.

Have a SaaS idea, or a system that should become one?

Plenty of good SaaS products start as one company’s internal tool. Tell us where you are and we will scope the realistic first release.
