About Us

RASCODEX is a software company based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and a technology venture of ALI SOFTTECH LTD. This Service Policy explains what we provide, how our services are delivered and billed, and what you can expect from us after you pay. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Services We Offer

We provide two kinds of services:

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscriptions to our own cloud products: Balanexa (bookkeeping and multi-client accounting), Taxza (CRM and accounting for tax firms), Fulvox (cloud POS and inventory), Poultry Book (wholesale billing and khata) and Fulfillio (ecommerce fulfillment).
Custom development projects, including website and web application development, custom software, mobile apps, SaaS development, AI and business automation, UI/UX design, cloud, DevOps and related maintenance and support.

Current plans and prices are published on our Pricing page. Custom projects are quoted individually.

How Services Are Delivered

All of our services are digital and delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping or delivery charges apply.

SaaS subscriptions: your account is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within minutes and no later than one business day. Login details are sent to the email address you registered with.
Custom projects: work begins once you have accepted our written quotation or proposal and the agreed advance payment has been received. Deliverables are handed over online — through a staging link, a code repository, a deployed application or downloadable files — according to the milestones agreed in your proposal.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly unless your plan states otherwise).
Customers in Pakistan are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International customers are billed in US Dollars (USD). The amount and currency are shown to you before you confirm payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You may upgrade your plan at any time; the upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Prices are exclusive of any taxes that apply under the law, which are shown at checkout or on your invoice.
Free trials, where offered, do not require payment. You are only charged if you choose a paid plan.

Custom Project Engagements

Every project starts with a written quotation or proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones and price.
Projects are normally billed in milestones: an advance to begin, followed by payments as each agreed stage is delivered. Longer engagements may be billed monthly.
Changes to the agreed scope are handled as change requests and may affect the price and timeline. We confirm any change with you in writing before doing the work.
Each delivered milestone has a review period of seven (7) days. A milestone is treated as approved if no issues are reported within that time.
After launch, bugs in the delivered work are fixed free of charge during the warranty period stated in your proposal. Ongoing updates and new features can be covered by a maintenance plan.

Customer Support

Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT), excluding public holidays in Pakistan.

Response times: we aim to respond to urgent issues (for example, a service that is down) the same business day, and to all other requests within one business day.

Service Availability

We work to keep our SaaS products available at all times and take regular backups. Occasional planned maintenance may be needed; where possible we schedule it outside business hours and give advance notice. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or power outages, third-party provider failures or government action.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate account, billing and contact information and keep it up to date.
Keep your login details confidential and make sure only authorised people use your account.
Use our services lawfully and not for fraud, spam, malware, or any activity that harms others or our systems.
For custom projects, provide the content, access and timely feedback needed to complete the work.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end access to a service if a payment is overdue, if the service is used in breach of this policy or the law, or if continued use puts our systems or other customers at risk. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to resolve the issue. You can export your business data before your account is closed.

Data & Confidentiality

Your business data remains yours. We handle personal and business information as described in our Privacy Policy and keep project information confidential. Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and billing disputes are covered by our Refund & Return Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Service Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date. Changes do not affect payments made before the change.

Governing Law

This Service Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
